I have rediscovered a very nice map/level design program. I lost sight of it when moved from Win ME to Win 2000. And had forgotten all about it until yesterday when searching for RPG software aids. Auto Realms was freeware then but is now Open Source with a very active development and community. This program is very easy to use, in fact if you can use paint or similar the leaning curve with come very easily being that it is only a basic CAD program. A few of the features are layers, line brushes similar to CAD, Layer fill, map symbols library, background grids, print your creations for table top use, and many more. The newest realease v2.2 is very much like the early versions but furture plans have it becoming a true map program. If you would like to learn more or volunteer then click the link button at the left and find all the latest info at the wiki.

I highly recomend this just for the fun but also for serious map and level design for RPG table top gaming or for making graphics for a 3D game. Coming soon, a mirror download of tht latest release.

The RPGame Table is now open for gaming. There you will find links to fantasy Heralds along with a historical document proving their validity. NPC stats are up but the tables page need revamping. And the Fantasy Maps page is linked there now. Enjoy and always send comments by email or sign up at the Forum and become a community member.

Coming soon, I will be bringing back my gallery of fantasy Heralds (Coats of Arms really), and I will start adding more heralds. Copy them, print them, glue them to paper or cardboard and add some color to your Table Top RPG Visuals.

Along with that I will open a gallery of Lost Treasure Maps. These are famous (and not so famous) maps from video games, fanatsy and scifi. Use them in your games or print them out poster size and hang them on the wall.
